📆 The scheduled online registration period is closed.  Contact the CHS office for registration outside the scheduled period.  Please read Becoming a CHS Student for more information. 

Important Note: A birth certificate is required for registration.

Please complete the following next steps to finalize enrollment:

1. Print and Sign the Form
- If you provided an email address, a form was emailed to you.

- Collect a printed copy from the CHS office.
- Ensure all parents/legal guardians listed on the form sign it.

2. Submit Documents (Deadline: Monday 29 June, 2026, by 5:30 PM)

Deliver these items to the CHS administration office:

- The signed registration form - The student’s official birth certificate
- Any other applicable documents requested during application

3. Complete Payment & Uniform Fitting (6 July – 10 July, 2026)
- Payment Window: Payments cannot be processed until the week of Monday 6 July to Friday 10 July.

- Office Hours: The office will open daily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM during this payment week (6 July – 10 July, 2026).
- Uniform Fitting: Bring your daughter or ward with you to the office when paying so she can be fitted for her sports uniform.

Note: Registration is only complete once the signed form, birth certificate, and full payment have all been received.
