The face of the Convent High School was once a plain concrete wall. There was nothing but a dark grey structure, only a functional unit to protect the treasure of the institution within. However, now, the wall of the Convent High School facing Bath Road has been transformed. A group of young people, mainly students of the school itself, undertook the project of painting a mural to beautify the area. The Youth Skills Training Center organized the project, which was sponsored by the Co-operatives of Dominica.

Under the guidance of Mrs. Valencia Webb and Ms. Queen Thomas, the young artists painted the history of the Convent High School in vibrant colors along the wall. The original sketch was created by Dominican artist, Mr. Earl Etienne and the artists Mr. Aaron Hamilton and Ms Amala Sorhaindo, a former CHS student, helped to develop the idea on the wall. Some of the students also showed their artistic skill in bringing the ideas to life. The project took about three weeks to complete. Publications about the project were carried on SAT news, Marpin News and in an article on Dominica News Online. Overall, the mural has been generally well-received and CHS thanks all those that took part in giving the school a transformation that it is proud of.
